Custom Orders?

If you see an item you would like, but it is currently out of stock, OR, if you have an idea for a custom piece you would like me to make, fill out the Contact Me form with your inquiry. Send as many details as possible (size, colors, etc). I will respond with availability, price quote, deposit info, and time estimate.

Payment Options?

All major debit/credit cards, Paypal, ApplePay, and Cash upon pick-up.

Shipping Policy?

All orders of in stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Once shipped, Priority Mail generally arrives within 3 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided as available.

If you have placed a special order, your quote will have included an estimated delivery time. I will continue to update you as the work is completed. I provide tracking information as soon as the item has shipped.

If you need your order sooner, please send me a message through the Contact Me page to make special arrangements. I will be happy to expedite shipping if possible. Additional shipping fees may apply.

All packages shipped within the United States via USPS will be insured (included in the shipping fee) unless otherwise noted.

At this time, I am only able to offer domestic shipping within the United States. If you are out of the United States and are interested in ordering, please send me a message through the Contact Me page. I will be happy to try to work a solution with you.

Local Pick-Up?

If you would prefer to pick up your item and avoid shipping costs, please check the appropriate "Local Pick-Up" option at check out. I will send you an email after you check out to coordinate a time. If the item is in stock, pick up can usually be scheduled for the same day.

Returns & Refunds?

All sales on this website are final. I do not issue returns. However, life is life and I do understand special circumstances. My goal is to ensure you have a great experience shopping with me. To do that, I have developed strategies for less-than-ideal circumstances.

Most of my sales are custom orders. I strive to provide accurate estimates and in some cases renderings of what your final piece(s) will look like. At any point during the design and deposit discussions, you are able to cancel the order if you change your mind. Once I purchase materials and invest labor hours, the sale is valid.

If you are unhappy with your piece(s), please Contact Me within 5 days of receiving your item(s). We can discuss any issues and decide on a solution together.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please Contact Me and send me pictures of the damage (for insurance purposes). I will either replace the piece, issue a refund, or offer an exchange. Please Contact Me as soon as possible (preferably within 5 days) so that we can ensure your satisfaction.

I try to take clear photographs for the listings and present the items sold on my website as truthfully as I can. There are occasions that lighting, color, and perspective can be different between computers and phone varieties. Please feel free to Contact Me if you have questions about an item. The best way to prevent the need for a return is to be confident in what you purchase. I will help this process to the best of my ability.

Handling Stained Glass?

I do NOT recommend suction cups for hanging stained glass suncatchers. I know this is common and that there are some very sturdy suction cups on the market, but as the artist, I would advise against this. Temperature changes, dirt, vibrations, and other things can all affect how well a suction cup will or won't support a piece of glass. Instead, I suggest small cup hooks for installation. While these do put a small hole in woodwork, they are better suited for ensuring a long life for your glass.

If you have any questions or want more suggestions on how to display your stained glass, please Contact Me

Stained glass pieces are constructed with leaded solder (up to 50% lead). I do clean and polish all of my pieces so that they are safe for handling. Please do not put any part of the piece in your mouth. Washing hands is recommended after handling stained glass pieces. Use caution if you allow children to hold the glass. (Small children tend to put things in their mouths.)

Above all, if your stained glass piece breaks, please use extreme caution with the piece(s). The glass edges and solder lines may be sharp.

Cleaning Stained Glass?

Never submerge your stained glass piece in water. Water may loosen or dissolve the adhesive on the back of the copper foil tape used in constructing the piece. Instead, to clean, simply buff the piece with a soft, dry cloth.
